It’s Thursday August 20th 11:35 am and I just received the worst service. Not only did I have to continuously repeat my order but I also had to correct the guy. He kept forgetting my items once I arrived at the window then the girl making the coffee was nasty because SHE made my order incorrectly. You’re in the service industry I’m ordering something I’m paying for it at least get it right then they gave it back wrong again so o had to return it then they gave it back where the coffee was spilling everywhere so just had presentation. & get this all this while still waiting for the food.

Cean and Sherlin are a great asset to Starbucks. They meet my espresso needs every time and consistently exceed my expectations. From the first time I encountered them, I shared my love, joy, and appreciation for coffee, and they both made the experience even more special with their kindness, positive energy, and wonderful personalities. If you’re looking for happiness in a cup of coffee, along with great personalities and exceptional baristas, this is the Starbucks for you! I’m truly grateful to Starbucks for having such wonderful individuals on their team. Thank you, Cean and Sherlin, for all that you do!

I like Starbucks from I was a child, it’s my favorite place, but sometimes when I order a coffee or any drink they put for me more ice, it’s more than the drink, so! half of the cup is all ice and a little drink, is that fair? I spoke to them at the same time I ordered my matcha drink, and I explained my problem to them, and they gave me my money back. That seems fair. But please, next time, don't add ice without consulting the customer first.
